Weekend

We've had a good weekend out here in Pennsylvania. Saturday we went to the National Civil War Museum and then went to the Sports Emporium. We played Laser Tag and my thighs are SO sore today! It must be from running all hunched over so I'd be under the walls and wouldn't be shot! Then we did a couple rounds of Go-Karts and tried the batting cages and played some video games. Then we got ice cream!

Sunday we met Shane, Erin, Lucas and Teresa and their kids at a park and had a worship service. We had some musical worship and Lucas led us in a time of communion and then Shane gave a little devotional from Psalm 39. It was a great service and then we went for lunch. It's always great to spend time with them and especially nice to have Shane and Erin here for a visit! After lunch we tried to see "Kung Fu Panda" but got to the theatre 20 minutes late. So we came back to the hotel and watched a movie here. Then after dinner Sandy, Allie, KaLee and I went to the pool to sit in the hot tub. I always like to check the water in the pool first to see how cold it is and this was like bath water!! So we played in the pool until it closed at 11pm. We did synchronized swimming and handstands and races...it was a blast!!
